Email Marketing

The GLG manages the email campaigns for Mountain Careers, which extend to a subscriber list of nearly 10,000 (and counting). We connect with our subscribers twice weekly through a jobs feed that showcases the newest career opportunities in mountain towns like Vail, Aspen, Tahoe, and Jackson Hole. We also send a bi-weekly Mountain Insider newsletter that provides resources for career development and mountain living.


social media

The GLG manages the Mountain Careers social media presence, which includes Organic Account Management of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook as well as Paid Social campaign management.

The organic channels require multifaceted content creation, including reels and stories on Instagram and job listings shared on LinkedIn. The Paid Social campaigns require content creation, strategy, and ongoing optimization.


blogging

The GLG writes all blog content for Mountain Careers. Through this effort, we help educate two main audiences: job seekers determined to move their careers to the mountains + employers in mountain towns looking to strengthen their brand

All articles are researched, and we conduct interviews with featured professionals and expert correspondents when necessary.


Collaboration with Aspen Skiing Company

Mountain Careers partnered with Aspen Skiing Company - the Roaring Fork Valley’s largest employer and famed brand hailing from Aspen, Colorado - to provide educational resources for its Talent Acquisition department.

As part of our collaboration, The GLG provided and executed a dynamic Content Strategy that produced a researched, insights-driven Info Product that the ASC team will now distribute during its recruitment cycles, as well as 4 featured interviews with ASC staff and an additional article highlighting what mountain town recruiters want job seekers to know. The GLG also distributed several organic social posts and promoted a webinar session that attracted over 100 registrants. ASC ended up hiring someone for an open role from that webinar too!
